Meet Arielle

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and public relations, Arielle Prichard brings a level of expertise and genuine care to real estate that her clients feel from day one.

Before earning her real estate license in 2017, Arielle served as Director of Public Relations at a prominent Manhattan firm, collaborating with S&P 500 brands and sharpening the skills she now brings to every transaction. Marketing, negotiation, attention to detail, and clear communication are not buzzwords for her. They are simply how she works.

Her path to real estate is personal. As a first-time homebuyer, Arielle experienced firsthand what it feels like to navigate the process without real guidance. That experience shaped everything about the way she shows up for her clients today. She is honest, direct, and deeply invested. She handles what happens behind the scenes so her clients do not have to, and she works tirelessly until the right outcome is reached.

Arielle serves buyers and sellers across the Main Line and surrounding areas, with deep knowledge of the region's communities, school districts, and market dynamics. She works with first-time buyers and upsizers, investors and downsizers, and everything in between, adapting her approach to meet each client exactly where they are.

She lives in Lower Merion with her husband, three children, and their dog Ash, and is actively involved in her kids' lives and the communities she serves.

Work With The Kindred Collective

For buyers, our role is to listen first - to understand not just what you need in a home, but how you want to feel in it. We move with intention, offering steady counsel and honest insight, so you can make decisions that feel both confident and aligned with where life moves you. For sellers, we pay close attention to timing, positioning, and the nuances that influence outcomes. We price with intention, advocate persistently, and remain closely engaged throughout the process to ensure nothing is overlooked and your goals stay at the center.
